Public website

The website has a short pilot-request form. It has no account registration, checkout, advertising pixel, or analytics integration and does not ask visitors to upload CRM data, credentials, or customer records.

Cloudflare Pages hosts the public website and may process technical request data such as IP address, time, requested path, browser information, and security events to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare's applicable service terms and retention controls govern that infrastructure processing.

Pilot requests

If you submit the pilot-request form, Velnaryn stores the name, company, company website, business email, and any optional phone number or CRM / lead-system name you provide. Kevin uses this information to review fit and reply about next steps. Submitting the form does not create a contract, take payment, or start work.

Cloudflare Pages Functions validate submissions, and Cloudflare D1 stores them so Kevin can review and reply before any agreement is signed. Basic abuse controls use an hour-scoped pseudonymous fingerprint derived from request metadata; the Velnaryn form database does not store the raw IP address. Duplicate requests may be recognized and suppressed.

Email inquiries

If you email Velnaryn, the sender address, message, attachments you choose to send, and ordinary delivery metadata are processed to answer the inquiry, assess pilot fit, and keep a record of the conversation. Do not attach customer-level records to the free Recovery Audit.

Microsoft 365 currently provides the Velnaryn business mailbox. Information is retained only as needed for the inquiry, contractual preparation, security, and applicable record-keeping duties.

Recovery Audit and paid pilot

The free Recovery Audit uses five aggregate business answers and requests no CRM credentials, API keys, customer list, or customer export. If the audit shows the sprint is a fit, any later customer-data transfer requires separate written terms, a defined secure transfer method, minimum necessary fields, suppression handling, access limits, and retention instructions before data is provided.

Sharing and selling

Velnaryn does not sell inquiry information. Velnaryn may use its email and Cloudflare hosting or database providers to operate these services, or disclose information when required by law. No CRM, payment, analytics, advertising, or campaign platform is connected to this website.
